Reasons:
Most common reason to develop Cervical Spondylosis is Chronic wear on cervical spine Or Abnormal bone growths so called ‘spurs’ on cervical ertebrae.Over a period of time these changes lead to compression of nerve which comes from inter-vertebral spaces & causes to its clinical manifestation of episodes of neck pain.
Suffering will be more marked in persons who is
Obese

Symptoms:
Symptoms usually starts initially with mild episodic pattern & later on lead to more severe & lasting suffering even to minimal stress factors..
Neck pain that starts from back of neck involving shoulder, down arm up to fingers depending on nerve root compression

How to Diagnose?
Clinical presentation
X-Ray, MRI studies usually give more accurate information about extent of nerve compression...
Nerve conduction velocity studies.
Treatment:
Surgical intervention is necessary where the Clinical condition is due to fracture of cervical vertebrae due to accident or prevailing osteoporosis, & in some cases where some other combinations of risk factors will be present…
But majority of cases will purely need the medical therapy under supervision of qualified Homeopath. The Goal of Treatment include both treating the existing problem & prevention of further damage
Treatment with Homeopathic Medicines will differ from patient to patient as clinical presentation & risk factors usually vary from case to case & it needs wholistic approach...
Apart from proper medicines with right dosage it needs elimination of risk factors like modifying life style like reducing body weight by regular exercises, avoiding wrong postures at work place, using Cervical collar on periodical or on regular basis to successfully treat the chronic neck pain.
